Pexor is a focused training app for chest, posture, and breathing. It was built by one person who wanted a focused place for those routines instead of bouncing between scattered videos and notes.
The app does not promise any medical outcome. It does not replace any medical care. What it offers is a structured place to do general strength, mobility, posture, and breathing routines.
Who built this
Sven Plochberger, a 20-year-old based in Austria. Not a doctor. Not a physical therapist. Just someone who built this kind of app for himself and is sharing it.

The exercise selection draws on widely-published strength, mobility, and breathing routines used in general fitness. None of it should be read as a clinical protocol.
